The five details that unlock a useful answer
Share the date or date window, event type, island preference, expected guest count and comfortable budget range. Add any mobility, dietary, confidentiality or corporate-document needs.

What happens after the first message
The planner clarifies constraints, checks whether the requested format is feasible and returns with a next step. A location or price is not called confirmed before the relevant supplier check.
When the direction is viable, the process moves to a short list, estimate and contract rather than an endless inspiration exchange.

Confidentiality and image consent
Proposal details and private information should be sent only through the agreed safe channel. Do not include passport or payment-card data in an initial message.
Permission to plan an event does not imply permission to publish it. Media and case-study consent are separate.

For company work, include participant count, objective, destination constraints, procurement timeline, document requirements and the internal decision maker.
Exact contracting identity, invoice details and tax treatment are confirmed in the formal proposal; no unverified office address is published on this site.
