The website helps visitors research and start a brief. It does not itself confirm availability, create a booking or replace the project estimate and contract.

Information, not a confirmed booking
Pages describe planning approaches and published starting prices. Availability, supplier conditions, routes, rules and weather information can change and are verified for the requested date.
A project is confirmed only under the written proposal, estimate, contract and payment conditions issued for that client.

Starting prices and estimates
All public figures are from-prices in US dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Island, season, venue, guest count and scope affect the final amount.
The client receives changes and alternatives before accepting an additional cost. The signed project documents control if they differ from a general webpage.

Concept images and intellectual property
Launch images are disclosed visualizations. They do not prove venue availability, depict real clients or guarantee an identical deliverable.
A final event concept, deliverables, usage rights and media permissions are defined in the project documents.

Weather, transport and third parties
Outdoor, marine and transport-dependent plans remain subject to safety, official advisories and operator decisions. The team agrees a relevant Plan B but cannot control weather or independent authorities.
Third-party services have their own terms. Their current conditions are checked and incorporated into the project proposal where relevant.

Questions about a proposed project should be resolved before signing. Exact contracting identity and governing terms appear in the client-specific contract.
