A starting price is a threshold, not a promise that every island, date and venue fits it. These are the only public figures authorised by the manifesto; the exact estimate follows a brief and current supplier checks.

All figures are in US dollars and use the word from. Corporate work is priced after the brief. No automatic calculator can replace current venue and supplier availability.
The exact estimate can be higher when the chosen island, season, group size, access, design or production standard requires it.

What an estimate should separate
A useful estimate makes the venue, food and beverage, decor, technical production, entertainment, team, transport, permits if required and contingency visible as separate decisions.
The agency fee or remuneration is not hidden in an unexplained total. Changes are documented before the client commits to them.

What changes the final price
The strongest cost drivers are guest count, island and transfer complexity, venue minimums, date demand, setup access, weather backup, food service, technical production and the amount of custom fabrication.
Peak demand from December to April can lead to seasonal coefficients under the manifesto. Any coefficient must appear before approval.

How to compare two proposals fairly
Compare the same scope: taxes, transport, setup and breakdown, overtime, backup venue, power, sound limits, staff meals and change conditions. A lower headline may simply omit operational work.
Ask which elements are confirmed, quoted, estimated or still awaiting a site check. Those labels matter more than decorative package names.

A useful first brief needs the format, date window, island preference, guest count and budget range. The planner can then show which ambition fits, what must be verified and where alternatives exist.
The exact estimate is issued only after the production route and current supplier conditions are understood.

Price update and editorial policy
This baseline was reviewed on 21 July 2026. Published figures are updated only when the approved manifesto changes; current supplier quotes always carry their own validity period.
No discount is promised automatically. A reduced scope or an approved added service is discussed openly instead of lowering quality without explanation.
