Private sailing celebrations

A Boracay yacht party planned around the sea, not against it

A yacht party is first a marine operation and only then a styling exercise. Vessel suitability, licensed operation, guest mobility, route, sea conditions and the return plan are checked before a concept is promised.

01

Define the guest experience before selecting a vessel

Guest count alone is not enough. The brief covers seating, shade, toilets, music, food service, swimming ability, children, mobility and how long the group is comfortable at sea.

The vessel short list is presented only after current capacity, operating documents, crew, route limitations and boarding conditions are checked.

02

Sunset sail, dinner or full celebration?

A short sunset sail needs a different service plan from a multi-hour party. The timeline determines catering, sound, decor durability, photography and shore transfers.

A proposal or ceremony can be integrated, but privacy, safe movement and the moment when guests board must be rehearsed separately.

03

Pricing without an invented yacht-party package

The manifesto publishes a yacht wedding from US$3,500, but it does not publish a generic yacht-party price. A party is therefore quoted after vessel, duration, route, catering, production and guest transport are verified.

The estimate separates the vessel from event production so a client can see what changes when duration, service or styling changes.

04

Boarding, route and guest safety

The guest memo states where to meet, what to wear, what not to bring, motion-sickness considerations and who makes the go/no-go decision.

Alcohol service never replaces supervision. Crew instructions, capacity and local operating rules take priority over the show schedule.

05

Sea conditions and the shore-based Plan B

A sunset forecast is not a safety forecast. Current wind, sea state, warnings, vessel limits and harbour operation determine whether the trip proceeds.

The backup can be a shore dinner or covered celebration designed in the same visual language. It is costed and communicated before the event.

06

How planning moves from brief to event day

The first conversation defines the event format, date window, guest count, priorities and non-negotiables. The team then checks locations and suppliers before presenting a short list; availability is never implied before confirmation.

After the direction and budget are agreed, the project receives a detailed estimate, contract, production schedule, responsibility map and Plan B. The client sees changes before they affect the budget or timing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is the budget calculated?

There is no generic published yacht-party price. A yacht wedding starts at US$3,500; other sailing celebrations are quoted after the vessel and scope are verified.

What information belongs in the first brief?

Share the date window, group size, objective, island preferences, mobility or dietary needs, budget range and decision process. Unknown details can remain open.

Do you provide a contract and itemised estimate?

The manifesto standard is a contract and transparent estimate. Corporate documentation and closing documents are discussed during procurement.

How are weather and safety handled?

Each project receives a relevant Plan B, decision timing and responsible person. Activities require a current supplier and risk check.

Do the concept images show completed client work?

No. They are visual planning references. Documentary cases will be labelled separately and added only with client permission.
